Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of mycorra ("the Service"), operated by Exaptation GmbH, Osterbrooksweg 35-41, 22869 Schenefeld, Germany (District court Pinneberg, HRB 19637; VAT ID DE462036981) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

mycorra provides prepaid access to AI text inference. You load credits into your account and spend them by running inference — directly or through a third-party app you have authorised via "Login with mycorra". We abstract the underlying model and provider; the specific model may change without notice.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless (email magic-link, optional passkey and two-factor authentication). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and authentication devices. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are purchased in advance via our payment processor, Mollie, and are denominated in euro. A valid billing address is required before purchase.
• Each inference call debits your balance based on the tokens processed. When your balance is exhausted, inference stops until you top up.
• Credits pay for a service and are not a deposit, e-money, or a transferable instrument. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once inference has been performed, except where a refund is required by mandatory law (including your statutory right of withdrawal, which you agree begins performance immediately upon your first inference call). Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.
• We issue a VAT invoice for each purchase, available under Invoices.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate content that is unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or the upstream provider. We may suspend accounts that do. You are responsible for the prompts you send and the output you rely on.

5. Output and no professional advice

AI output can be inaccurate or offensive and is provided "as is". It is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

6. Alpha service — availability and data loss

The Service is an alpha. It is provided without any warranty of availability, fitness, or accuracy. Account state, including credits and history, may be reset before the Service leaves alpha. Purchase credits with that in mind.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, injury to life or body, or under the German Product Liability Act).

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or discontinue the Service; material changes will be notified by email or on this page. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time under Account.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
